Try adjusting the date range
A personal earnings tracker and stock-mover dashboard. Use it to follow upcoming and past earnings reports, drill into price moves on results day, and keep private notes on tickers you're watching.
Browse upcoming, current-week, and historical earnings events. Filter by date range, beat/miss, market cap, reporting status (Reported vs Upcoming), or any watchlist. Quotes update hourly from Finnhub — the timestamp shown on each card tells you how fresh the data is.
Create named lists of tickers and manage them from the Watchlists page. Any list can be toggled as a filter in Earnings View to narrow results to only stocks you follow. Tickers inside a list are also used by Today's Market.
The home screen. Shows at-a-glance price moves across your watchlists or the popular-tickers list. Use the search bar at the top to look up any ticker directly — it will show a live quote card you can star into a watchlist. Select list pills, set a minimum % move threshold, and filter by up/down to focus on what's moving.
Attach private text notes to any ticker symbol. Notes are tied to your account and can be viewed grouped by watchlist on the Notes page. Use the search box to find notes quickly, and click the note count badge (📝 N) on any card to open the full notes view for that ticker.
Ticker Notes View: Each ticker's full notes history opens as a dedicated page with foldable entries sorted newest-first. Click any entry to expand it; use the Edit button to modify or the Delete button to remove it. A Sort and keyword filter at the top help you navigate longer note histories.
Stock Detail Notes: Inside the ticker detail modal, only the most recent note is shown. Click + New Note to open the full note composer (the modal closes and the notes page opens pre-loaded for that ticker). Use See all notes → to browse the complete history.
General Notes (📝 General): Write notes that aren't tied to any specific stock. Click 📝 General in the Notes toolbar to access them. General notes support optional category tags seeded to your account on first login, and you can add, remove, or rename tags anytime.
Click on any ticker symbol or company name to open a detailed modal. View company information, exchange, market cap, website, and recent price action. From here you can quickly add notes or star the ticker into a watchlist.
Get instant market analysis by clicking the AI icon in Today's Market or Earnings View. Choose from Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to research individual stocks, compare multiple tickers, or get general market sentiment. Prompts are pre-configured for balanced analysis with recent news, earnings data, and risk assessment. You can customize AI prompts in Settings.
Click your avatar or the settings button to customize your experience. Configure AI prompt templates for each provider (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), toggle dark/light theme, and manage user preferences. All settings are saved to your account.
Quotes are cached for up to 1 hour. A small timestamp on each earnings card and Today's Market card shows when the price was last updated. "Already Reported" results may have stale prices outside of market hours — that's normal.

Toggle which link pills appear on stock cards. Big Card controls pills in the stock detail modal. Group Cards controls inline pills on Earnings & Watchlist cards. Your Custom Links appear below — create and edit them on the Custom Links tab.
Add your own quick-launch links that appear on every stock’s detail card under Custom Links. Each pill navigates directly to an external URL built from the stock’s symbol or company name.
Define columns for any custom data items your URL needs (e.g. uniqueID,
itemCode). Column names become tokens you can use in the URL above
alongside {ticker} and {exchange}.
Tickers not listed here will simply be skipped (the pill won’t appear for them).
Customise the base URLs and prompt templates used when the AI provider pills are clicked. Leave any field blank to use the built-in default. Changes take effect immediately after saving — no page reload needed.

Choose which SEC filing types appear in the SEC Filings feed on stock detail cards. Uncheck all to show everything. If you haven’t saved a preference yet, 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K are shown by default.
| Domestic (US) Form | Foreign Private Issuer (FPI) Equivalent | Description |
|---|---|---|
| The primary annual report; FPIs generally have 4 months after fiscal year-end to file. | ||
| FPIs are not required to file quarterly reports; they instead “furnish” interim data via Form 6-K. | ||
| 6-K (same checkbox as above) | Used for material “current” events that are disclosed in the home country or to an exchange. | |
| 6-K / 20-F (see above) | FPIs are exempt from U.S. proxy rules; they furnish home-country meeting materials via Form 6-K. | |
| N/A | FPI insiders are exempt from Section 16 reporting (Forms 3, 4, and 5). | |
| Initial registration statement for FPI securities. | ||
| The “short-form” registration statement for follow-on offerings by eligible FPIs. |
Note: The checkboxes control which filing types appear in your SEC Filings feed. Forms like 6-K serve multiple purposes for FPIs (quarterly updates, current events, and proxy materials).
Tip: Uncheck all boxes to show every filing type (same as “All filings”).
